Our culinary specialties are a true journey into the flavors of the Mediterranean. Among our most beloved dishes are the tuna tartare and spaghetti with sea urchins or bottarga. We also offer tagliolini with scampi and fava bean pesto, and fresh fish from the gulf, always prepared with care and attention to quality.
