Born in 1988 from the meeting of Orazio Patti, a local restaurateur with extensive experience in the field, and Gianni Pennisi, a contemporary artist, our restaurant welcomed Salvatore Giunta as the chef. Over time, Giunta became a culinary professor at the hospitality school, bringing innovation to our cuisine and becoming a central figure in our establishment.
